Ordering & Scheduling Process for On-site Testing
Information for Site Coordinators preparing to order and schedule exams.
The designated Site Coordinator at each Exam Site is responsible for completing the Order Form (first and third attempts) or Scheduling Form (second attempts) for each testing event. Both forms are available on the Exam Site Support Hub. All ordered exams must be used by the end of the academic year. Deadlines vary depending on the attempt number.

Prior to Ordering

Quote Requests
Exam sites may request a quote via the Exam Site Support Hub. Quotes are typically processed within one week, but may take longer during peak testing periods.
Exam Fees
The cost of the exam includes:
- Access to the online Practice Exam Course (BACE only)

Two attempts at the exam
- A digital credential upon passing

Completing the Order Form
First Attempts

Orders must be placed at least six weeks in advance.

If a deadline is missed, place the order and then submit a Change Order Request at least two weeks prior to the preferred exam date. Requests are subject to approval; fees apply.
Third Attempts

Required fields include payment method, exam date, and number of exams.

Orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance.

Retakes cannot be expedited.
Completing the Scheduling Form
Second Attempts
- Required fields include first attempt order confirmation number and exam date.
- Exams must be scheduled at least two (2) weeks in advance.
- Retakes cannot be expedited.
After Ordering
Critical Post-Order Emails

Expect to receive an email confirmation. Review this information to ensure it is correct.
Exam Sites are provided a two-week grace period in which to make corrections to an order free of charge.
- Within two weeks of the testing window start date, Site Administrators and Exam Proctors should expect to receive:
- candidate enrollment links and instructions for the appropriate exam course
- access codes for the relevant exam attempt
Do NOT share access codes with candidates prior to the start of the exam.

Change Order Requests
A Change Order is an official request to modify the details of an existing exam order after it has been submitted. All Change Orders are subject to the deadlines, fees, and processes outlined below.

Grace Period: Corrections within 14 days or order — no fee

Standard Change: ≥4 weeks before exam date — $175

All change requests are subject to availability and a review process.
Process

Submit a Change Order Request through the Exam Site Support Hub.

Receive a confirmation email summarizing your request - review for accuracy.
- Biotility Review and Decision
- Approval: Receive a confirmation email and updated invoice within ten business days
- Denial: Receive a notification email; original order remains in effect
