Dropping a Course in UF e-Learning (UFEL)

Step-by-step process for candidates and Exam Site Personnel

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for dropping, or withdrawing from, a course in UF e-Learning. Enrollment is processed in partnership with UF Professional and Workforce Development (UF PWD).


    Log in to your Profile

    1. Navigate to the UF PWD website; log in to your profile using the same Google, Microsoft, or LinkedIn account used during enrollment. 

    2. You are now on the Student Home page. From the Navigation menu on the left side of the screen, select My Enrollment History.  

    3. You are now on the My Enrollment History page. You will see a list of your current courses on this page. Locate the course you would like to drop, and select Request Drop.

    4. On the Drop Request page, use the dropdown to Select a drop reason:

       

      Note: If none of the listed options apply, select the first (blank) option from the dropdown, then enter your own reason in the Other box.

    5. Once you have entered a reason for your request, select Submit.

    6. You will be redirected back to the My Enrollment History page, where you will see a popup box indicating that your drop transaction is complete.

    7. For any course paid for by the individual (i.e. the enrollment was not free, or the enrollment was not sponsored by an Exam Site, a drop request will also prompt a refund. To view any applicable refund details, navigate to My Account History from the menu.

    8. On the My Account History page, you will see all of your account transactions, and have the option to print a receipt.


    Log In to UF e-Learning Courses

    To access courses you are enrolled in, follow the steps below:

    1. Navigate to the UF e-Learning Login page.
    2. Select External ID.
    3. Sign in with the social account you enrolled through.
    4. Once in UF e-Learning, select the appropriate course tile from your dashboard.
