Quick Guide: Registration for On-site Testing
Required information for Site Coordinators preparing to place a credentialing exam order
Exam sites must submit the Registration Form annually, prior to submitting the Order Form. Both forms are available through the Exam Site Support Hub and must be submitted at least six (6) weeks prior to the anticipated testing date.
Sites are encouraged to complete registration at least four (4) months in advance, enabling candidates to begin their preparation well ahead of testing.
